We use this information to receive project inquiries, respond to questions, and provide quotes and schedule information.

Information is retained for up to one year after the inquiry is closed and then deleted without delay. If retention is required by applicable law, it is stored for the period specified by that law.

You may decline to consent to the collection and use of personal information. If you decline, we may be unable to accept or respond to your inquiry.

5. Services we use

• Resend: used to deliver inquiry details to our contact email and send a confirmation receipt.
• Google Analytics 4: used to analyze visits, clicks, scrolling, device and browser information, and approximate location. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and inquiry content are not sent as analytics events.

6. Security measures

Inquiry data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Email delivery credentials are kept in the server environment and are not exposed to the browser.
